Wars, Refugees and Revolutions: Addressing the Fears and Fanaticism of our Age
CJPME is pleased to invite you to a lecture in Toronto, Saturday, Nov. 21 by author and academic Tariq Ramadan. Prof. Ramadan's talk is entitled, "Wars, Refugees and Revolutions: Addressing the Fears and Fanaticism of our Age." Join us, as Ramadan delivers a political talk which centers on the upheavals facing the Middle East and the West: e.g. the ongoing conflicts, the massive refugee movements, the shifting alliances, the East-West perceptions, etc.
Ramadan's address will be followed by a Q&A period.
This event is co-sponsored with the U. of Toronto Dept. of Near & Middle East Civilisations, and the U. of Toronto Institute of Islamic Studies
